UBREW4U’s Hop, Flavour and Clarifying Agent Injector.
We developed this Injector to add your Dry Hops, Flavours and Clarifying Agent after fermentation and under pressure.
At the top of the unit we have an 8mm push to fit hose fitting to connect your Co2 supply and a valve to release and remove oxygen.
At the bottom of the unit we have an 8mm push to fit hose fitting to connect to your UBREW4U racking arm valve on your pressure brewer.
To remove the oxygen you input your ingredients in through the top and secure. Pressurize the injector to 10psi over the current pressure in the brewer. Turn off you Co2 supply without disconnecting and slowly open the valve to release the oxygen. Re pressurize your injector to 10psi over the current pressure in the brewer and inject your ingredients.
